No expiry order obtained

The firm received a favorable decision from the National Water Commission (Comisión Nacional del Agua) to safeguard the volume of water concessioned to a leading pharmaceutical company.

Release of remediation works

Our client was able to successfully sell a property after completing various processes with the Ministry of the Environmental and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT), to release the remediation works for a significant property in Mexico City.

Environmental impact authorization obtained

BSTL was a pioneer in obtaining the environmental impact authorization for a major mining company for its mine projects in Baja California Sur, sponsoring the commitments undertaken by the client to respect and remediate any impact on the protected biosphere adjacent to the project.
