Arbitraje

Arbitration and mediation have become important alternate means for resolving disputes, both domestic and international in nature.

We represent our clients in commercial and investment matters, through ad-hoc processes or those managed by arbitration institutions in Mexico (e.g. Centro de Arbitraje de México and the Mexico City Chamber of Commerce) and internationally (e.g. the International Chamber of Commerce, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association, and the London Court of International Arbitration).

We advise on investor/state disputes under the rules of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and under Bilateral Investment Treaties (BIT’s).

We have also represented our clients in arbitration proceedings and various of our partners have served as arbitrators for proceedings conducted by both domestic and international arbitration institutions and in investor/state arbitration proceedings before the ICSID.

Participation as arbitrators
