Customs audits

The firm conducted successfully a preventive tax and customs risk audit on the business structure of a client in the pharmaceutical industry.

Chinese steel plate antidumping investigation

BSTL successfully defended the interests of the Chinese steel industry, obtaining a decision to not impose a countervailing duty. We were the first firm in the country to obtain a favorable decision for this industry.

US beef and beef products antidumping investigation

The firm successfully defended the interests of an export company, obtaining a decision to not impose a countervailing duty. We were the first firm in Mexico to have a final decision overturned on this issue.
