Project and Corporate Financing

We advise various private entities and financial institutions, both Mexican and foreign, and also the federal government on giving syndicated loans, supplier financing documentation,  public financingthrough public or private bond issues (or debt or capital instruments) and securitizations. 

We are active in surety trusts and financing for accounts receivable resulting from the sale or leasing of aircraft, locomotives, sea vessels and industrial equipment in general. Also, we have aided on financing plans for secured loans for Exim Bank in the United States and the International Finance Corporation, and also in the sale of loan portfolios held by financial institutions.

We advise companies, both lenders and borrowers, and this has afforded us the opportunity to gain experience from “both sides of the table” so as to protect the interests of our clients.

We have also participated in international operations that involve financings at very significant amounts.
