We advise our clients, domestic and international, to identify mechanisms that permit foreign investment in regulated activities so as to consolidate strategic opportunities. 

We have broad experience in obtaining authorizations from the Federal Foreign Investment Commission (CNIE). Specific authorizations have been secured to participate in restricted sectors (such as energy, telecommunications and finance) through, among other mechanisms, trusts for neutral investment in Mexico, or for foreign companies to set up offices in Mexico, the presence of which is justified by tax or regulatory reasons.

We also ensure our clients meet compliance with the Foreign Investment Law and its Regulations in terms of filings, notices, statistical reports and other procedures required by the National Foreign Investment Registry, for which we have a database and state-of-the-art systems that ensure proper follow-up and control.

We obtained the authorization necessary for the change of nationality of an affiliate of this company and its subsequent corporate reorganization.
