We aid our clients with the formation, maintenance, dissolution and liquidation of companies and associations, civil or commercial, public or private, ordinary or subject to specific regulation. Such entities are created in order to conduct business through an efficient structure that answers the needs of shareholders, taking into account tax, labor and other considerations.

We also provide advice on corporate restructurings, joint ventures and contracts between shareholders, transformations, mergers and spin-offs. In addition, we manage the corporate books for companies, integrating minutes of shareholders and Board of Directors meetings; and we offer custodial and management services for shareholder registries, in order for our clients to fulfill all their company obligations. We maintain a corporate database available to our clients that is constantly updated.

We have prepared various investment structures for our clients, taking advantage of the implementation of investments through holding companies and the formation of business groups. Company restructurings lead to tax benefits and also provide order and stockholding consolidation.
