Transportation

We offer advisement on the different areas of the transportation sector, including civil aviation, railroads, airports, ports, trucking, highways and courier services. 

We assist both Mexican and foreign clients participating in the Mexican transport industry, directly or indirectly, including negotiations and the defense of their interests before other parties and the authorities. We offer specific consultation on different aspects in this area; we help with the processing and securing of concessions, permits, registrations and approvals; we provide follow-up and maintenance on actions taken; and we aid with the amendment, assignment and termination of these registries.

We have been involved in domestic and international commercial operations for leasing, financing and sureties for aircraft for both the public and private sectors, including the processing and registries corresponding with the Department of Civil Aviation and the Mexican Aviation Registry. We have also advised on locomotive and rolling stock leases and sale operations and on matters involving specialized courier services, airport concessions, highway projects and port matters.
