In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) (hereinafter "Personal Data Law"), its Regulations, and with a view of ensuring privacy and the right of decision of our clients and / or persons who have decided to share their personal information with us, we advise the following: Identity and Address Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa, S.C. Gathered Personal Data The personal data that BSTL will gather in order to establish contact with those who so request, either through our website or by any other means of communication established in the previous paragraph, will be include, among others: (i) name, (ii) contact address, (iii) company and position held, (iv) phone number and (v) e-mail. If it is necessary to have more data, such information will be subject to a legitimate treatment, monitoring, and report according to the purposes of this Privacy Notice. Purposes of Processing Personal Data The personal data held by BSTL will have as purpose the administration and overall management of the office with the aim of carrying out the provision of legal services, and contact with people who have so requested by the means of communication available at the time data was gathered, either to respond to a request for legal services or information or, where appropriate, to reply to job applications that the firm has received. The personal data gathered will form part of a database that will remain in place for as long as BSTL exists, or during the period in which BSTL deems necessary to satisfy the specific purpose for which the data were collected. SAFETY MEASURES BSTL will adopt each and every administrative, physical and technical safety measures to safeguard your personal information. Likewise, in the event that a third party needs to know this information, BSTL will require those third parties to meet this Privacy Notice, and to take administrative, physical and technical security measures established in the Regulations to the Personal Data Law in order to protect the personal information you voluntarily provide to us, for any damage, loss, alteration, destruction or use, or unauthorized access. Despite the completion of the relationship with the holder of personal data, BSTL is committed to maintain such confidentiality. Means to Exercise the Rights If you or your legal representative desires to exercise its rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding the same, we ask you to send the request to exercise the rights as appropriate, the person in charge of processing Personal Data of BSTL through the following email address: datospersonales@bstl.com.mx, or send it to our address. Such request must contain at least the following information: I. Name and address, in order to respond to your request within the time limits set forth in applicable law; II. A copy of your passport, driver's license, voter registration card, professional registration or other document proving your identity or evidencing you legal representative identity; III. Clear and precise description of the personal data on which you seeks to exercise any such rights, as well as clear and precise description of its application, and IV. Any other item or document that facilitates the location of such personal data. Transfer of Personal Data Personal data gathered by BSTL is not be transferred, sold, shared or transferred, without you being previously advised and without your prior consent or update any of the cases mentioned in the Personal Data Law or its Regulations. However, BSTL reserves the right to share personal information with employees and partners of the firm, and those people who, due to the provision of services, need such information. Should any third parties handle personal data, they shall do so on behalf of BSTL. Changes to the Notice of Privacy The use of our website implies recognition and acceptance of this Privacy Notice, which shall contain at the end the date of most recent modification. This Privacy Notice is governed by the Personal data Law, its Regulations and other applicable rules in the United Mexican States, and its acceptance implies your express submission to the courts of Mexico City, Federal District to any dispute or claim arising therefrom.
