Pro Bono Merit Award

The Gala Pro Bono of the Appleseed Mexico Foundation and Red Pro bono Mexico took place on November 27, 2012. Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa was recognized and awarded for building a Pro-Bono culture in its offices and by its important work on this sector.

The Pro Bono Merit Award 2012, was given to BSTL for the performance of an exemplary in its Pro bono legal work and advice to non-profits associations, people, sectors or regions with limited resources and to vulnerable groups.

The Pro Bono BSTL´s Committee is integrated by Hugo Hernández-Ojeda and Bernardo Herrerías, as well as Lila Gasca (specialist lawyer devoted to Pro bono matters and Corporate Social Responsibility).

With such an important event in the legal community, Reforma newspaper published a special coverage highlighting the achievements made by BSTL each year and which we will continue strengthening.
