Education
Mr. Rosas received his law degree from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur (1991-1995), following which he completed a postgraduate degree in Labor Law at Universidad Panamericana, earning an Honorable Mention (1996). He completed a postgraduate diploma in Appeals Law at Universidad Panamericana (1997).

Professional Background
Mr. Rosas began his professional career with the firm Arconada, Piñeiro & Tamez Abogados, where he headed the Labor and Social Security Litigation department. Following, he joined the firm Arthur Andersen, and was responsible for opening the firm’s Labor and Social Security Law department. Later, he was with Rodríguez y Hernández-Ojeda Abogados, to then join Barrera Siqueiros y Torres Landa, where he is an associate attorney in the area of Labor and Social Security.
Relevant Cases
He intervened in the merger between BBVA Argentaria and Bancomer, in the audit regarding trascendent labor and social security claims that could have affected the purchase price of Bancomer.

Member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C.).
He takes part in Pro-Bono work at Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa, S.C. e.g. preparing a chapter for disabled people to be included in the Amendment of the Federal Labor Law.
He also provides legal advice to people with low income.
